H.O.B. Setlist

Well, the concert is finally here!  Everyone has been working extra hard to make this show a smash and we can’t wait for the night to arrive! OCMA is making final preparations this week for the show, and would like to use this opportunity to fill you in on the last minute details and hopefully clarify any lingering questions that you may have about the event.

Here are the details that you need to know:

Performer Arrival Time:

1. Doors open at 6pm.
2. All performers are to check in at the “Performer Check-In” table between 6:00pm and 6:15pm (located on the top balcony as you enter the House of Blues)
3. All performers will receive a wristband and detailed instructions as you check in.
4. An announcement will be made to all performers inside the venue on the microphone at 6:30 sharp (DO NOT BE LATE!)

Tickets:

1. Tickets are officially sold out.
2. Children 3 years and under will be admitted for free
3. “Will Call” ticket drop off will be located at the House of Blues box office for any family or friends needing their ticket dropped off for them. IMPORTANT:  You will need a picture ID in order to pick up  tickets from Will Call
4. All sold tickets are “non-refundable.”

Video Photography:

1. House of Blues does not allow audience video taping.  Please leave your video camera at home.
2. OCMA has made special arrangements with HOB to do a live DVD recording.  Parents may pre-order a copy of the DVD at the school.  Please see the front desk for more information…………

Seating:

1. We will have a limited number (100+) of seats for General Admission audience members on a first come first serve basis.
2. We are asking that families please be courteous to others and share additional seating when possible.
3. If you have any special seating needs for your party, please see HOB staff at the time of the show.  OCMA is not in charge of venue seating and will not be able to answer any questions regarding additional seating.

Performance:

1. The show starts at 7:00pm sharp and we expect the concert to run approximately 3 hours.
2. Every student is required to stay for the entire performance
3. The concert set-list will be posted Monday Feb. 25th at 10am on our website at www.ocmusicacademy.com
4. We will not accept any performance order requests.  Thank you
